The episode starts with Dhruv saying now they have to put the injections in the warm water for sterilizing purpose. Everyone thinks the injections can be destroyed as earlier his equipments got damaged due to water, Dhruv explains those were made of plastic so got damaged but the injections are not. He adds if they have to purify the equipment pieces then sterilization is a vital process so that it can be used for the surgery. Samrat gets confused hearing many English terms from Dhruv. Saraswati asks then what are they waiting for? Dhruv says to Uday Bhan that now they are ready to start the surgery. They would take Mahaveer to the Operation room. Uday Bhan says he takes all kind of vital decisions in this state but today Dhruv is no less than God for them. They will only wish good for him.

Dhruv says he is not the God but he is just doing his job. Samrat fumes hearing the praises. Dhruv takes Raj Vaidya to the operation room so that he can start the anaesthesia process. Mahaveer feels happy as Tara's wish got fulfilled finally. Tara says it happened because of his support as well. He says he won't mind even if he dies today. Tara tells him not to utter such things. He says he believes in Dhruv's knowledge and potential. Raj Vaidya prepares Aafim liquid and gives it to Dhruv. Before he leaves, Tara stops him and says she trusted him and felt he won't belittle his own profession though he is Samrat's supporter. He should not disappoint them. She takes his blessings so that the surgery becomes successful.

Dhruv also takes Raj Vaidya's blessings. Raj Vaidya gets into dilemma that if he is doing the right thing as if he tries to prove his loyalty towards Samrat then he will do injustice to his profession. He blesses Tara and Dhruv and then finally stops them saying he wants to lessen the quantity of the Aafim. He leaves after that. Samrat stops Raj Vaidya showing sword. He says Raj Vaidya betrayed him by helping Dhruv and Tara. He gets furious. Dhruv asks Tara about the equipment terms in English. She pronounces seizure, drill etc. She says she is still doubtful if she would be able to do the surgery with him or not. If anything happens to Mahaveer. Dhruv says she can take Kanha Ji's blessings before working. Tara goes to do that. Mahaveer says he trusts her. Samrat scolds Raj Vaidya and asks him to keep a box in the operation room to prove his loyalty. Otherwise he will kill his family members. Raj Vaidya asks him what's inside the box. Samrat remains quiet.

Precap- Tara panics when Mahaveer's life is in danger during the surgery. Dhruv brings her back to senses.
